One trade, done properly
We work on built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration in Phoenix and nothing else — no washers, no ovens, no general appliance rounds. Columns, drawers, undercounter units, ice makers and wine storage.
That narrowness is the point. The same four faults come round again and again in this valley — condensers choked with dust, fans that have given up in the heat, defrost circuits that quit in monsoon humidity, scale in an ice mould — and knowing them means the right part is usually already on the van. It also means we will tell you when a cabinet is not worth spending on, which a generalist has less reason to do.
Panel-ready and integrated units get pulled onto protective board, worked on, then set back flush with the cabinet run and re-shimmed until the doors line up again. That last part is most of the reason people call a refrigeration specialist rather than a handyman.

We stay long enough to watch the cabinet pull down or the first batch of ice drop, put the grilles and panels back, and slide integrated units home flush against the cabinetry.
